Myth:
I was a little concerned about how the Letters of Enchantment portion of this would continue in the conclusion, but I assure you, Rebecca Ross had a beautiful plan. It gave us everything we loved from the first book while pushing the story and the characters forward. Masterful.
Magic:
There is a little more magic in this one with the escalating war of the gods, but overall, it is still much more of a historical feel than fantasy. It was a unique blend that really worked with the storytelling.
Overall:
Beautiful and emotional, the conclusion to the duology was lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed Roman and Iris as they fought to find each other and for their home.
