Myth:
Book two really picks up the world-building but in the perfect way. It expands on the kingdoms, and it shows more of the history that has only been hinted at. I ate it all up, devouring this book in a few days. The sexual tension is also top-notch. A fake-dating trope with enough hinted at feelings to make you scream.
Magic:
Yes to everything in this book. LOL. In true book two fashion, the magic that seemed hidden starts to unravel. What we know builds, and a lot is left open to explore.
Overall:
This series is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. I am addicted to Lor and Nadir and can’t wait to see where Book Three takes us.
